Flip the script

Hey it’s Aron…
You’re getting this email because you have early access to Flip the Script ( https://aron.ghost.io/flipthescript/ ).
There are talks in the B2B industry about the “death” of outbound marketing and cold email.
The channel doesn’t work anymore, they say.
And there’s an important lesson here.
The channel is not dead. But it has matured.
In the early days of Facebook Ads, influencer marketing, and cold outreach you could get away with having no strategy and zero creativity.
People would click on your ads because they were new and fun.
Influencers promoted your stuff with a promo code in exchange for a free product.
You could blast out emails to businesses and ask for a meeting.
You get the idea.
But marketers tend to get in their own way…
… and these low-effort / high-impact distribution channels inevitably have to go through a rite of passage where the low-effort stuff becomes painfully inefficient.
You have to adapt to stand a fighting chance.
Yes— You could make up for it with massive volume.
But that only works if you have a very large addressable audience.
Plus, Google and Microsoft will get in your way.
The good news is that the bar is extremely low in the B2B space.
You’re competing with people with near-zero real-world experience.
This is where strategy and creativity come into play.
It’s more important than ever before.
I’ve covered lots of hands-on tactics in Flip the Script (Volume I).
Here’s how to find your way back to your advance copy:
I recently used some of the key principles and launched a cold outreach initiative to 641 unicorn startup CEOs. Each with a $1.2 billion median valuation.
Some people on the list are billionaires and run public companies. They’re notoriously hard to reach.
And yet… a 27.77% reply rate. All positive, too. Not a single “take me off your list.”
I didn’t use any lame personalization. No AI. Just a quick 53-word message with a clear ask. The real magic was in the actual list-building.
I’ll share the exact step-by-step strategy soon.
I’ll talk to you soon,
